Crushed salt

The crushed salt is part of the festive feast of Easter religious holiday, and very often on the Holy Trinity. It is prepared in spring, although the June herbs are more delicious.

All the ingredients (thyme, mint, pepper and other herbs) are harvested, are sowed and baked. Each herb must be separately baked, very very slowly, until it dries completely. Then all the ingredients, including the beans and sea salt, are put in a stone or wooden bowl and they are crushed, until they have a texture like a flour.
